You may return any device purchased from Dubai Mobile Hub within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or an exchange, provided the device's original seal is unbroken and the product is unopened.

2. Return Conditions

• The device must be returned in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
• If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
• Any promotional items or freebies received with the purchase must also be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team via the contact form or by emailing us at dubaimobilehub39@gmail.com. You must provide your order number and a clear reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be unopened.

All our new devices come with a full manufacturer's warranty (typically one year), effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers hardware defects and is serviceable at any of the brand's authorized service centers. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, drops, water damage, or software issues.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates for sales conducted in Dubai and the laws of India for sales conducted in India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
