Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window
You may return any device purchased from Dubai Mobile Hub within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or an exchange, provided the device's original seal is unbroken and the product is unopened.
2. Return Conditions
- The device must be returned in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
- If the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
- Any promotional items or freebies received with the purchase must also be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team via the contact form or by emailing us at dubaimobilehub39@gmail.com. You must provide your order number and a clear reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be unopened.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure the seal is not broken. If the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed.
